Grebes along seawall & mole. Sandpipers (30) at round-
house.
A few gasters in flight.
Larus californicus very common. Larus delaware-
ensis one or two.
San Francisco, bal. to Alameda, bal.
5:15 P.M. to 5:45 P.M.
Conditions:- Overcast, threatening; nowind;
moderate temperature.
Larus californicus was common on the bay.
A good many were circling high.
Two or three Ardea herodias near the round
house.
