84. Spotted Towhee - near the feeding table but not
often on it - Carmel.
85. Brown Towhee - often on feeding table.
86. Savannah Sparrow - heard singing in Carmel
River Valley.
87. Fox Sparrows - on feeding table - not many -
88. Juncoo - ab. singing. Also at feeding table.
89. Nuttall Sparrow - very ab. - full song -
First note of song much more
vibrant than with our Nuttall in Berkeley
90. Puget Sound Sparrows. 9. thinks, all the White -
crowns that came to the feeding table
were of this variety, as two songs heard
there were that of Puget Sound's.
91. Golden-crowned Sparrow - many came to Table,
some in full plumage.
92. Song Sparrow - Strange to say there
were none at the feeding table and
now have been seen there by the B's -
There were many singing near the river.
* The immature white crowns at the table
had orange colored bills - had seen.
March 26. Early morning sunny; later cloudy with rain.
We went to Pt Lobos and then on to Rainbow
Bridge. We saw the Sea Otters just before
