Merlin Gnatcatcher - one on sage covered hill on the edge of river valley - Mrs. Saunders said she saw one there in January - 68. Puly-crowned Kinglet - ab - singing 69. Pipits - near Carmel River 70. Warblings - more abundant in the San Francisco's Bay Region. 71. Shrikes - in Santa Clara Valley - 72. Lutescent Warbler - Carmel. 73.
