Lehner, P 1964 34 Aug. 13 - checked mice and caught up on bookkeeping in A.M. - 1:00 P.M. to Johnston to make bi-weekly survey and get pictures of Fairy Terns; Can checked his camera with Security, found 18 Fairy Terns; 30 adult Red-tailed Tropickirds, 3 eggs, 6 chicks, 4 immatures, shorebirds are very scarce; later in P.M. checked Noddies, Wedgetails and set mouse traps; took Sooty Tern blood samples (~70); missed a good flick "In the French Style" - according to everyone's description it was a little risqué anyways, so I probably wouldn't have enjoyed it; glad the movie projector is back and operating - everyone has been very restless and looking for something to do.
