Etah 119 East of the peninsula we saw people come from the point to coal + oil & last until ice formed in the ground next fall were brought & piled on the banks near the home. It was very busy getting the whole boat & skettic into shape. Early was the month the latter was used if the ice near Sunrise Point in getting ducks & other birds. We established a hunting camp near Fort Wally just south of the ice fort. Then a tent was erected & supplies placed for anyone hunting along there. We were all interested in helping Mrs collect bird's eggs. We found the snow-bunting nests all around in the rocks. The long-tailed gulls & little auks were breeding on the cliffs up the fjord. One of the men brought in an ivory gull's egg & goose eggs were found with the six ducks on the islands. I just got a mind break out the narrative that at the Point. By means of a series of other nations I got a very accurate account of the nest in the middle of three islands at the south entrance to the fjord. I also got the charted corrections of this site in data to work my sights on the spring trip - the results of the latter were very satisfactory. Egan came up from Lillwell to summer here..
