morning. Bill Pichler's assistant set up our tent for us, so we got settled before dinner, which had to be in 3 sections of 3, piece plates, etc., had not been sent out for us by ARL, in spite of large amounts of food. I scrambled metal camp stove + borrowed gas stove from plane so we could have hot water in morning for coffee & to wash, and thereby not bother the camp, which arises late. Weather permitting, we will spend a half day tomorrow flying over the country north of here, to see much oxen and to find a better camp site for future seasons - this one selected more or less by chance - only 3 blamming all reason!
