October 25, 1948, Mouth of Oroville Cr. S. K. American River - 39°47'15"N & 121°58'50"W Valley Quail - coverts pre Redbells hawk circling over Illikeras Canyon Wren - pair seen and heard in pines and oaks October 16, 1948, Folsom on Reservoir Area, S.
