towards (two) experiences: The first experience was at the end of last year when I had been in a very difficult situation, and so I went to the doctor and he said that there is no cure for it. But then (later on) he told me to go back again in June. In July I had another operation which was successful, but afterwards I felt very ill and weak. Then I had to stay at home for some time because of my health condition. And after that I went back to work again. The second experience happened last month when I was working in a different department where everyone was very busy and stressed out. One day one of the colleagues started crying and saying she felt like giving up everything. So I decided to talk to her about what was going on with her life, and after listening carefully she opened up about some personal issues she had been dealing with. We talked for quite a while and eventually she felt better and more hopeful about things again. It made me realize how important it is to support people who are struggling emotionally or mentally, rather than just ignoring their problems or pretending everything's fine when it isn't.
