IDP's to the Rockford plans were made and I was "the only" player on the team that wasn't a "Red". I had to wait until my 21st birthday to be called up. I played for 3 years with the Red Sox. It was fun, but not easy. I learned a lot about baseball and life. I also met some great people along the way. I will always remember those days.
