I am writing to you from the hospital.
My dear, I have been in pain for three days now. I cannot eat or sleep properly. The doctors say that it is due to my heart condition. They have told me that I need to rest and take care of myself.
Please pray for my recovery. My condition is not good, but I am hopeful. I will do everything possible to recover soon.
