Sun July 30 0600 PST. Sooji and I resumed mapping the remaining houses. We located H506 in relation to School Hill (oldy lane) with the alidade. & 1209 moved uphill to H506 from H130 - horizontal distance 24.5m, vertical distance 7.6m, inclined distance 25.7m. We also located H.331 (on School Hill) in relation to H.136 in a similar fashion. The remaining houses we mapped using a good compass and Jim Patton's measuring tapes: ie. 134,136,139, 140, 349 (on Sch Hill), 2A, 3A, 1A, 1B, 28A, 91A, 92A, 99A. Houses 101A, 101B, 103A, 106A, 106B and 111A were also mapped in this fashion yesterday. Acceptable technique for other poison-oak-free habitat.
^1000 PST packed the truck and headed back to Berkeley.
