P.A. Kelly 1988 Journal Mar. 30 1700 P.S.T.: My cousin Joe Ashell arrived (cont.) in Hastings from Cupertino. He helped me set traps at 5 previously-untrapped houses south of the 1st crossing. Will map them one of these days. We also set 6 pairs of traps under the Live Oaks between Griffins and the creek bed. Looked in on #15+99-20, all 4 are doing fine. Had a great spaghetti dinner with Joe at the Red Horse. We split a pint bottle of Newcastle Brown Ale. Who needs red wine with Italian food. None of that American Bud-piss either. 1706 P.S.T.: I saw a young rat (didn't see any tag) leave H.207 and climb up in the Coffeeberry + Live Oak overhead. Set a pair of traps for it. 2206 P.S.T.: Joe and I started surveying houses 79-98 for pigment and we opened the traps there as well (same as last night except for H.81. Found Green pig.
