First whiptail I've seen in 1987. That brings to 4 species of lizard I've seen in the past week (Phrynosoma, Cerrhonatus, & Sceloporus as well). I still have to see a skink (Eumeces schiltronius) however. I've also seen 2 King Snakes (Lampropeltis), 1 Racer (Coluber) and 1 Garter Snake (Thamnophis) in the past few weeks. No Pituophis or Crotalus yet. Finished updating my life history notes by 2pm.
