Remove alimentary tract Paper onto tissues without soiling the coat. Add a drop or two of Heparin to the body cavity to prevent coagulation. Remove one kidney, part of liver, piece of skeletal muscle and heart & freeze in labelled vane tubes. Collect all blood with a heparinized pipette and transfer to & hcp. conical centrifuge tubes and leave on ice until ready to spin down a batch. Clean out the body cavity and pack with paper tissues. label the carcass, place in a plastic bag and freeze.
