The rock dips slowly down stream To Albany Landing. South of Whetstone creek the rock is practically horizontal, as far down as Spearman Island, From Spearman Island there are no exposures as far as 80 mile locality, a quantity of a mile above 80 mile locality the rock is per- fectedly horizontal, From so mile locality the rock runs gradually toward Argos creek. Rafinesquina, Plat, junderson, Websterella, Bry- gyramna occur in transition beds at top of earth structure below horizon but I may be mistaken about this feature as characteristic of the upper Formation and absence the lower Cragville. Rafines- quana occurs in the Bygyran horizon. An excellent stuf occurs an argillaceous member 11 ft above Dora bed in large lime slab, associated with Constellaria. The bygyran member has largest thickness for 6 ft above,
