Argill., silt, upon part very thin bedded and gelatinous, lower part more medium bedded. 5 ft. Arg. limestone, medium bedded, weathering readily into thin laminae at various elevations, 22 in. L. drecrbed, with short modules or lenses, the top surface of this rock is fretted with water borings. 8.5 ft. Similar rock as above, smaller modules This rock looks as though made up of very thin layers held together as so to make up an immense number of layers. 28 ft partly exposed but covered with debris as though there might have been thin bedded argillaceous layers here, but these were not seen. 1.5 ft. thin laminated L. forming an aggregate layer base of Richmond? 21 ft Congerville underls bdy is Andersonian. Refines & grinning Cherry run, mine with Masuta argillaceae in niterhus. 18 ft ? nterial. Refining graving C 6 ft Outcrop, Congerville. River level.
