my boot while trying to find bird. Didn't find in. Next set of 3, (59/4). Nest 10 ft up on slender tree. Got an old oil can at "City dumps" & after considerable hurling got those eggs. On the way home I blew up a Least Vireo, because he wouldn't tell me his name. Also dug out one egg of 39 4a. May 21. Searched all day in bottom & el. about 40 eggs. Had a hard climb for set 41/3 1/8. Big white stump (Pante.) took set 1/5 + 1/7 of Gardiner's Woodpecker. Prof. Wilbur & O. Sycamore or about 120 eggs - $20.00 17 eggs of ang Hooded. Besides "my share" we col. set of 4, Ash throats from a snag, nest of fur. set 1/5 shr. Hawk, Cata 1/2; others. Also yg. of 743a, others (Fries) Saw a white owl. Yc, Yc, Yc (ring) 30 Les. & I went up Sycamore. Got good luck. Took set 1/4 Canyon Vireo. Saw White White owl
