Examined a nest near Strawberry
Val. which I take to be of this
bird. It was situated about 25 ft.
up on a branch of a fir tree. Outside
of sticks and stems, then grasses
and quite heavily lined inside
with mud. Whole nest fully 1ft.
square. (Perhaps Magpie?)
