West Union up to 685.
Hillsboro sandstone 2 ft.
Invert Black shale = 717 about.
Silent augy, 1 c considerable
thickness but not measured
nor its exact place in levels
determined,
2 mi. NE Puntarmville, at
West y ridge.
65 ft below crest (1115) is barely
showing apparently but the
exposure is very fair.
On N side of ridge the Silurian
shale base is shown in contact
with Berea sandstone 50 ft below
1115 or 1065 USGS,
