Chylen Below 2nd camp (Wiley camp) short dist. First camp is [illegible]. all following expressions are in Third camp = Bryan Park. Daytn L. 3 1/2 ft strata exposed. From [illegible] in 6 in, layer for 1ft, upper joint, for 2 feet, in 2-3 inch layers, with 2ft in intermediate layers. Resembling Daytn MEOSEY Vanuelia. Further W 4 ft J Daytn L. is exposed. Further W is 4 ft Daytn L. with Streptelasma large like those from Caprengix is ?) Further W is another gully. This is in chief part J Bryan Park. situate here. 5 1/2 ft Daytn L, 5 1/4 ft exposed, upper part thin headed. 4 1/2 ft whitish limestone, weathering brownish. Looks like Daytn but I am not certain. 3-4 inch layers, 1ft like that above but clay layers, about 3 inches thick, included in 2 ft like that above. My fossils. Fossils to come here for first time There are Bransfield fossils. 16 1/2 ft Bransfield exposed. Springfield, East Mills quarry. Springfields 15ft thicker. finest me quarries, Delamuelle springfeldensis Cimmeratocella neglecta. Whitfieldella ? short, rounded, Spirifera, many plications, 2 or 3 in fold strong growth variations (see this a Spiriferina?) Flaty cars on a massive crucible, tal. Certhureus strong rising annulations with lower vertical ridges as figured by McCheaney at end of Walden left 2 inches wide center .8 annulations in 3/4 inches. 7 vertical thirce or ridge in 2 1/6 inch width. Frgy 1 1/4 min N, on E+W strad east of road other fossils. Bransfield exposed at 945, but nothing higher known. Half a mile NE East locality NE of road, Bransfield exposed from 942 to 950 at least.
