Coyote & Turkey sign constant around fresita. Set 3 rat traps - 2 grassy area where 3 musmim species hid near spring without catching anything. Set 43 was special on other grassy flat N of camp & also in sycamore thickets. Also made 3 new gopher sets. Saw 3 or turkey goin to fresita at dark. Reset "coyote set" with rotten oldspite into Ward, ~~ Wa staked the duck dam this time & set an additional trap near the bait. June 17 Ked gray fox - "coyote top set". Catch on trapline: Diplostomy ordin-1 Paropgeus longii =2 Taylor got a S[illegible] minimus & another ordin. & shot 2 Purple Martins, a Robin, & a Violet- green Swallow. Skinned catch. @ Ward & ATm both shot turkeys - Ward at 8 ~9 lb. a Miller a hen about 7lb. Stuber got a field or Worthers S[illegible]s & Miller got a Trogon elegans; Taylor a Barn Owl. Stuber went into the ranch n1030 to see Don Ramon & didn't get back until almost 1600. He brought back a Catebus spikeroom from Open flat W of camp. After dinner I reset 43 traps set last night & set 25 new -
