Sep 3-4 heard. The interpretation of the call given on p. 102
hardly covers this species' range of expression, at
great excitement the note becomes as high pitched
as any mammal note I have ever heard (except
some bats + mice) and very staccato: (following at
rate of 3 notes
per sec)
