"the feature was a shut care called 'Denver' which I took further home in the afternoon. Had a dim view of Long Peak to the north and of Pikes Peak to the south.
Also had a good view of Denver and saw some of the very old farms, one of which, a cottage farm, was my fire.
Sep. 16-99 Monday.
Started out to find R.C. Hills and the purchased for $00 worth of Jackson's pictures by the Detroit Polychrome process. Also looked up the Capitol building and its collection.
Found Hill at noon and had lunch with him at the Denver Club. Later we picked out all the tones which occupied me the rest of the day.
