New Haven
Tuesday, August 11 - 1925
Started in St. Albans at 10.37 (our time).
Will arrive to [illegible] on morning at 7 A.M.
With Honnell, B.F.
Wednesday Aug 12 - 1925
Worked all morning in the St. Albans shale
south of Rockledge.
In the afternoon talked over in the field the
Adams Pasture succession, and then the Comus
farm Middle C.
Thursday August 13 - 1925
First visited the Branch cogs. L.C. 11. If the great
fall sets on Missouri, then the shale below must be
St. Albans Middle C. In this case there must be break below
the Missouri and then in no Milton here but far
to the east with low Milton. If the limestone below the
great fall [illegible] are not Missouri than the shale must
be Highgate, our usual interpretation. See logs 11 - 14.
Then looked over the page at Highgate Falls and
collected much Missouri for Honnell.
