McLaughlin road Loc #1 Locality 18 Measuring up from top yellow sulphur zone concentration which is about 1.5 thick above "Elk Butte sh" (1) 8.0+ Siltsuishly, gray, with jarosite blocks, weather yellowish gray. About 1.0 - 3.0 from base zone crumbly gray concretes, is cores, gray silty jectrets and gypsum (dk gray) rinds. Nicolloti conc at 6.0-7.0. 18a (2) 5.0 Siltsln, gray, weather brownish gray with irreg streaks of dark gray shale. In lower 2.0+ zone small O.B. ferrous concs up to 0.3 inches, At 5.0 is foss conc. in piece. 18b (see coll., weather red brown, no appreciable rinds. (3) 2.0 (approx) wash of silty sh + grass cover to layer barren ls. concretes. 10
