March 4th. I love behind time somewhere. Mr. Kleister here at Kerisab has put one night. Today we started car daylight, traveled fast all day going over land twice, arrived here at 5 in evening very tired. The new ice treacherous when we traveled yesterday is mostly open water this morning. The mode detours I had hard travel necessary the lowered sleds and dogs to ice finally by rope. I learn here that it is not good to climb so shall go out Refutako tomorrow, starting early.
