Come at Anacortes well
protected from wind and
weather and with fresh
yard filled with seals.
Self-seeing seals is not
at all well. Liddy thinks she
has liver trouble.
All other Eskimos have
gone north to live in Dallas
Bay for a year. How I wish
I was with them.
Panlufan and Jimmie
are still over in Clemerre
land probably for a double
purpose viz, To get a byatch-
left there three years ago
and To hunt bears and musk-
oxen. From the hills open
water can be seen spreading
far to the north.
Tuesday June 1st
Again in camp in Russelan
Harbor with four Eskimos and
Jot. Accordingly wal-
the we-als-thar are on their
way north To bring back
caribou meat and skins left
by these last fall.
