For both teams. About two miles further on we detected a gypseaon sitting on the cliff. Driving around joint we saw her on the wall, and near by a projecting cleft under which the jewels were while with droppings. We tried in vain to climb the cliff but finally were compelled to give it up. I feel sure there must be a great cove and well try again later. Character of ice was such that we crossed several miles of land going deep into what I guess must be Dr. Kane's Refuge Harbor. At Kahl moritz with leuks and tegilias gone it was rather lonely. When looking up at gypsalavis nest we came up with a little owls in his tallows. The nearest owls colony is at Keak showing that they go for quite a distance for their food. I found job in the new
