Calyx gibbous at base, Sepals yellowish, brown Tipped, Petals reddish brown. 2 above and 2 below. Steep hillside in whitish chip rock, usually under juniper or pinus. 8 mi. on road to Fruit from SR 56, west of Cedar City Iron Co. Utah May 22, 1981 2 81101 - Lesquerella intermedia (Watm.) Heller Perennial. Stems few to many from an underground branchnig caudex. Leaves terete. Sepals erect, yellowish Petals yellow, blade flaring. As 81100, but in the open. 13
