UTAH 8197 - Arabis perennans S. Wats. Branched or perennial. Stems usually several arising below terminal cluster of leaves. Leaves mostly dentate. Pedicels divaricate widely spreading. Silique widely spreading, slightly arcuate. Same as and with 8196. Sepals & petals purple. 8198 - Arabis perennans S. Wats [mixture with 8198a = a ? ] Collection made in a vertical distance of about 2,000 ft. up a steep slope with lots of granitic rock going from pines- juniper to limber pine. Some plants branched from the base below a terminal cluster of leaves; others apifge and terminating the shoot; all with widely spreading pedicels and pendant siliques. Silique slightly arcuate.
