cages and then set up two breeders - pair in the other room.

Today was weigh day in the colony. With nearly a
hundred animals in the lobby weighing is becoming more
quickly. May have to change into a 2 day weighing affair.
After lunch, Holland had to help Piper with grass
clipping so I finished off the metabolic cages. I also
checked the breeders but could not find any sign of a
vaginal plug. Both females were put in with open
margins. Very cold wind from north, temperature around
35°F in the morning.

morning (0930). Finished by 1100. My faithful
assistant wanted to dig for artifacts after lunch,
so after helping me for nearly an hour, I okayed

extra work he has put in recently. I finished the
metabolic cages by 1500 and checked the breeders.
