Stipules present, cut at least not early deciduous. Lvs 3 lobed at apex then rounded to the sinus 1/2-2/3 in deep in largest lvs as regards that edges of fls overlap. If low to definitely! Corolla always more than 2 is each cell usually 4. x 10 pedicels bore single fls but 1 bore 4 fls, beside the other 3 on stallobs 3/4-1/2 in long forming an umbellate. P & labeled "Crys- tasia gangetica" differing only as follows: lvs (only those on fl buds collected) not first v shining but pubescent (20x) above v silky.
