morally ciliate. Very 3-celled. X 5-9-29 Southlands direct no fr. pts. paws liguistrium. Prof seen elsewhere i.e. on north side of middle road sloping west Valley way. St. glabrous but young at songlials to bruch with minute circular lensiells. two spp. glabrous, ovate to 2 1/4 x 1 min., bluntly dente, cuneate at base, thick, crent, each rounded tooth bearing at first a small hake mucron in sinus, dark green above, lighte below. At this season scaly pointed buds very conspicuous in axils, scales being glabrous but inconspicuously brown ciliate. At base of bud on each side is remains of what might be a fimbriate brown stipule. Branches grow upright upward like cf with L. valifolium at home. 5-9-29 Dahlia coccinea, L. p 326 BMG P.640 1/2 Southlands cult. 5-9-29 Gafyopa multifida, h. Seed finely wrinkled. 5-9-29 Barlinia. FLV drops fr. Southlands, the purple flower at west end of bridge. FL to striaous Lvs to 4 1/2 long x 5/8 wide often cleft only 1/4 a less & thighty.
