Edin apathe 1 1/2-1 3/4 in high. Tube for ears 2 in high. Perianth white or perhaps faintly tinged pale but looking pinkish or fading. Shape of fl. leaves A. Antipathea v not like A. Atamoxo, as to perianth segments did not rot tube, pedicel shortly. Stamens unequal. Style 3 lobed but in each case much below the stamens being only 1 in long. Capsule not ripe but seed full grown 1/2 in high v equally broad, 3 lobed, depressed. Pollen v fine B.F.of B. but note the word unusually "fine. dec. 9 A. Spathe valves 2 1/2 in. Tube short to 9 in. req 2 1/2 in x 1/4 in. Stamens 3 in. Filaments x style reddish cap brown tip red vst bright red. Outside versatile, dorifurcal about 3/8 in long, scent Battlement 1/4 B away from seed.
