Bydace. would seem to be Drypetris Thelettris but not as in D. spectabilis that looks alone. Veins once forked. Pinnae very blunt stalked and crowded so closely together that the lowest seg- ments at least overlap. Slightly hairy v perhaps slightly glandular above v beneath. Midrib narrowly deeper green than above. x But not nearly so indusiate as D. normalis 14-1-29. Blade 1 1/2 in x 4 in in rate, widest about middle. At base 2 in wide, at next pinnae above 3 1/4 in wide. Color yellowish green like D normalis 14-1-29 but by comparison almost shining. Pressed" 4-1-29 Boehmeria cylindrica, Willd p 105 Do flora fr.
