Blades in middle of Culm are 12-15in, the upper mos shorter to about 7in as that species all reach approx. the same height. Below the middle nodes are further apart to 3in apart. Nodes similar to those above but immediately become short. 8in, 1/2 in until the lowest sheaths have only a sharp point. Otherwise than stated folio is totally glabrous. It suggests Paspalum vaginaturn p.15 but blades are main- ly longer than 6in. Brown spot in sand east of P.R. Cove not noticeably marshy. Could be Paspalum filiforme Sw. p.15. This plant not remembered as noticed elsewhere. 4-6-29 Mathisla brevis DC. T3M8 C.P. 307 Water Lot. Flos curifae distinct- ly formed to compared with M. incana. Collected same day near Port Royal Cove. 4-6-29 Capsile lanceolata D.F. Schultz p152. Upper ascending, lower descending. 4-6-29 Brassica oleracea L. var italica, Plench. "Brocoli" F.L. Water Lot. 4-6-29 Croton jumentatus Jacq p 207 Flos. In add to 3-celled ovario, in one case there were 4-cells in one case 5 cells.
