with 2 distinct sharp teeth other- wise entire Fl sessile. Perianth 1 1/4 in overall. Tube 3/4 in, very slender, expanding only at very top, almost entirely exerted from spathe. Petalops curving slightly. Perianth lobes 5 white with rose spot at base & stripes [rose] color outside & 3 outside lobes. Stamens around style when fl. opens i.e one bit each style branch, latter are found at one side. Filaments fixed attached at top of tube, filaments, 5/6 in long, concave inside convex out. Anthers 1/4 in long, basifixed, extremely delicate. Style very slender, 3 angled, 3-cleft 7/8 in from apex the curving branches slightly below anther tops. Style stigmas like ston but not ciliate on stigmatic edges and splitting slightly at apex but far's not to be considered '2-lobed or 2-parted' BMJ C.P. 190 3-26-29 2xio. Fl. Iridaceae. Dry Cottage Dist. same genus as above. St. more slender & very straighter than abov, hence the fl. stands more at angle with stem (instead of against curve gotten) and areem further apart but really are but little so if at all. Spathe bract 3/8 in. green below, hyaline above, nerved the out blunt tipped, the inner with 2 short, sharp teeth. Perianth 1 1/4 in overall. Tube 5 in long, slender, but widening slightly from upper 1/3 in. Fl 1 1/4 in under. Rose pink outside, lighter within. Stamens & style much as above and
