Ovary seated in 3-lobed perianth (2 lobes tri-angular with irregular, toothed browned edges. Ovary 3-celled [crossed out] 1 celled, 9-celled with 1 pendulous ovule in each cell. Styles 3, stout, simple, recurving off just the same but in place of ovary 3 stamens, filaments very slant, anthers relatively large, 2-celled Sepa[mis?] x 3-26-29 Salvia mount. Plant at least 3 1/2 ft tingle line lower lvs. 3 1/2 x 1 1/2 in. obovate palment defridd (with mid rib zone- what curved) acute, slightly cotate, 3 nerved [illegible]. Blanely v.vein. serrate, reticulate. Softly pubescent above & beneath. Petiole 1 in., pubescent. Upper lvs 1-1 1/4 in similar, petiole 1/2 in. Infl 8 in., whorls 1-3 1/4 in or less apart with 9-8 flo (counting all buds) in whorl. Each whorl subtended by 2 white, deciduous bracts. Bracts 7/16 x 3/16 in obovate, lanceolate, long acuminate at apex, narrowed to base 1/8 in broad, pubescent above, glabrous beneath, long ciliate veined. Calyx green 3/4 in long {man} serrate or blunt acuminate 3 lobed, pubescent (looks glandular pubescent but this may be from pollen) glabrous inside, entire. Corolla pure white, 1 1/2 in long with
