Paynters Vale at southeast corner of small house at SE corner of house pressed or chance if its being D. termula tana, Gilbert. What looks like glandular growth on back may be pollen from other specimens in box.
3-20-29 D. normalis from Poyet Marsh has same yellow glands on back! Glands short stalked. 3-20-29 D. thelypteris A.May p425 small sterile fronds only but rhizoids definitely forked.
This not noticed till 11-22-29.
3-13-29 Nephrolepis exaltata, Schott. p427 vs M.C.P. H. Paynters Vale on wall of garden to east of front steps. No spones. Pinnae with very evident row of small dots around margin on upper surface. These dots appear dark to eye but white (mag 20x) 3-20-29 N. exaltata Poyet Marsh has same dots.
3-11-29 Dielmia carolinensis Muhl p304 Unique fr. Capsules pubescent 1-seeded.
Lathyrus odoratus, L. BM.C.P 393. fl. Style flattened & twisted so that edges are in plane with edge of beak. Uvary pubescent.
