Then 4 angled upper internode duels.
Girded net, doubles hollow with delicate white
transverse plates. Lvs opp nearly orbicular
(leaf 2 in x 7in) irregularly serrate, cordate,
5-nerve, velvety pubescent. Petioles young
long purplish. Fls in terminal panicles
along opp pedicels bearing staminate
& m'd dont pedicellate flo. Dalyxred
slightly oblique with 5 A lobes
which turn later persistent as
fruit develops. Corolla red
avg 5 lobed, thymusge 4, on
Corolla tube. Exserted filaments red
pub at end lobes. Antlers 2 lobed,
longitudinally close. Stigma 2 lobe.
Fr 14 lobe 3/4 celled with single seed
developed on 3 cells. Vary superior
seed (on nutlet are deca.) Style articulate;
flat on one side rounded on other, acute
on point rounded at this 1/6 in longest dimen.

Closr anterior seems to have cells with
