Inflores 6 in is infl. ? 19 fls. Clary + pedicel 10-12 mm long. (Open fl 10 mm high by 10 mm wide. Lvs all longer then internodes those in middle) at 2 to 3 times as long) Cfd with B. Specimen brought 7-1-34 by Signand from hte coast rd which is 12 in high infloresc 2 1/2 in is infl ? 11 fls. (Open fl 9 mm wide high with ovary shorter than in A. Lvs as in A. Cfd with C. Specimen brought from LeGrants Rd 6-25-34 by Miss Mae Ewan Only infloresc so no lvs to determine identity. Infl 12 in long ? 41 fls, Clary + pedicel 12-15 mm long Fl 15 x 15 mm. In all respects but size there seem the same. Bracts ? fls tend to be strongly reflexed. Lorry ? upper part of stem pubescent with white hairs which qavethem a rather mealy look. In BvC stems def purplish; in A at green except at base. In BvC fls dark purple; in A not quite as dark but not greenish. All three spec cfd with E. leptochila found
