878 6-8-34 ? Cleaerophyllum Villaric Koch Cot II 222 Bon 134 = C. luisitum L. ssp. Villariae Briz SV TI 480 Fl. Caux -> Soneloux, upper path or perhaps at St Soneloux. Shape & ovaries no invol., bracts few & need v ciliate petals with inflexed tip all point inwards. Since h's are rodif. from C. luisitum. st. 30 cm high. 3-5 petioles of basal leaves red at base. St deflures to umbels, involucula. Leaves much more finely cut than C. lir and might be confused with C. aureum. But they are more dainty & lacey than C. aureum v tip of segments more deeply cut. Flower white. Involucels (most strongly reflexed in flower than in C. lis -) look shining white at fl-time (pale greenish pinkish in C. lis-). Clary of fertile flo 3mm (2mm in C. lis-) (But note that the bracts & petals show pinkish tinges) Stypodineum not green as in C. aureum. 6-8-34 Cleaerophyllum Creutaria Vill Cot II 222 = C. luisitum, L. Bon 134 = C. luisitum ssp. Creutaria Briz SV TI 480 1-flg young fr. Caux -> Soneloux -> Caux. Many of free. col. All with the familiar hoodlike lobed lips. Flo pinkish (not as deep as some Pimpernella magna) to white. St usually hirsute, at least at base but some practically glabrous.
