All lv deeply cut (even the very smallest) attending the uppermost branchlets) branchlets). lower lv not terminal lobe larger than lateral lobes. Fls small (calyx?) but really to px 1/2 mm). Calyx? pfeils yellow. Largest fl (seems full sized) 6 cm on slender spreading pedicel 4-5 mm. Fr often curved. Style? atigma as desc (BOTI). Petals (as deduced from buds? withering fls) seem of about same length as px sepals. But palenes? colors not evident. All Corts and BUT? good fr lvs & fls. Fths lv clasping with auricles as desc Corta. Another fls has pure white top roots, also with fewer white rootlets in axils of the basal lvs. & several shoots at base? plant. St a little purplish at base only. Petals slater than sepals? [about the same shade] yellow. [9-18-34 Flr. very frequent North side Canal jetty Villeneuve] 5-25-34 Ranunculus sceleratus L. Cana! mouth abundant, the characteristic lvs & young plants far out in the midst of the shore (lake very low) 5-25-34 Cardamine amara L. (see 5-5-34) FLand adv. fr. Path Villeneuve -> la Granette at edges? reeds? (where 6-28-33 Ranunculus sceleratus and Nasturtium amplibium were found). oldest fls now 4-5 mm (of which 2mm is slender stalk)
