Thellung. & Fl vad. fr. Villeneuve canal breakwater and at "Chicken Farm" near the Rhone. Plant very lack vulently elegant. Many umbels or long stalks (near top) plant) but as each of these has a small fl (like foliage fl accompanying it, the umbel is presd considered sessile opp a lft. Floiting. Petals not curved tips but not deeply emarginate. Largest fr & mm long, fr which 2mm is the ribbed heel. Styles at this stage 1mm long, erect contiguous. All parts strongly aromatic. 5-25-34 Nasturtium palustre DC. Cote I96, B+H 27, = Radicula palustris Moench & 432 = Roripa nasturtioides Spach Box 30 = Roripa islandica Schinz. Thellung. SVHI 302. Fl and adv. fr. Perhaps at Villeneuve opp. tram end n canal breakwater a few further south. Past at V. tram end. Rt not cell (SVHI) but as remembered & it was cut from a group, ate; it is very slightly curled just at base, then stiffly erect. St ridged, almost glabrous (a few scattered ample, plant hairs) & strongly purple at base v+ purple throughout as are handles also. St iff v handeled from base, the reface
