Pres'dt Det J.V C de J (Col accidentally with other plants) Thought at first to be Clynehopora ficsea but that is impossible because bristles are barbed downwards (Lie R.f. upwards) Infl (13 mm high; its outstendent bract 30mm. Spikelets 6, reddish brown, 5mm long seeds. The arrangement not as evidently distichous as desc. Not not col. The only ff (from near base & at) 1 1/2 mm wide, channeled, smooth on edges except at the flattened tips Spikelets several flt but few fr perfect. Fls flat obovate, 2mm long, tapering into style. Exactly as ill (Cote) tho' lower part of esuppurpart def spreading heavy. Calyx has hairs at very base, then lower part gl subglabrous but upper part quite long heavy like the setaceous fls.
