7-18-33 Allium angulosum L. Cote # 341, SUT 139 Fl. Bouveret marshies very common. Tracing by either Cote or But one comes to this conclusion that there are discrepancies as noted. Not well collected but shows plainly its origin in creeping “souchie” or “brandachie”. Bulb in old fleshy (Cote) white, its thin scarios tunic only pierced. 1904-5 all at base fat, linear, 3 to 5+ mm wide, not hollow. 1½ def. beeked and at base sometime seem almost Δular, flatter towards tip (tip of tune) does reaching to about (or below) middle) fat. St. at 50-75 cm high striate angled & sometimes twisted) at top ± definitely 2-edged. St lovely pithy (not hollow). Spathe thin with no long point, short, then infl and in time making a soft irregular dish with ± concentric folds at base found? Umbel 3-4.5 c diam., convex on top of many fls, rather compact, fls not all opening at once but pedicels will prol be ± all equal. Fls 5 mm high, campanulate, segments bluntly acute, usually dull rose (varying shades but in more than one case) all fls in the head pure white. Pedicels twice as long as perianth. Stamens all simple, the 3 inner with filaments broader at base than the 2 filaments full beeked on outside at base there further lined along 1½ + mm long usually exserted about ¼ their length above the perianth. When periantly rose colored, the anthers are more
