6-28-33 be S.galericata L.(for which is in additn BHN 365, 4695) because (a) lvs are distinctly peltate (1-2cm), (b) lvs deeply dentate erectly spin. at base! and (c) flo are mm distinctly terminal spikes. The bracts of flo are very much smaller than lvs alto the lowest bracts are lf-like (2 1/2 x 1 cm) longer than the flo. The upper bracts are 5 x 3 mm and smaller than calyx. All except uppermost flo follos. In these calyx corolla 2 cm long. Ptth Villeneuve-la-Grenette with Ranunculus sceleratus. St & lvs dark green; flo a rich yellow, the sepals only slightly tinged green.
