9-27-33 Geranium molle L. Cote I 246, Box 57, BVH 45, #536, SV/I 427 Flv fl. Villeneuve gas plant. To pose question as to identity with its noted pubes and glabrous, wrinkled fl. (Note: this and A. pusillum were collected together, things to be the same and a? A. pyrenaicum.) 33 9-28- Geranium pusillum L. Cote I 246, Box 57, BVH 96. = A - Burn #535; SV/I 427 Book fl. Collected with abov and blos it thought to be a small form of G. pyrenaicum. Only 5 stamens have developed anthers, tho' the other 4 5 shorter stamens sometimes devolve into very small rudimentary anthers (this may explain spec # 7-16-33) Petals only slightly notched. Fr smooth & pubescent. Seed (like seed of A. molle is very minutely grained (perhaps will look smooth when quite ripe) but is "smooth" in comparison with the very definite reticulation of A. rotundifolium. 9-29-33 ? Myriophyllum verticillatum L. Cote II 86, Box 105, BVH 180, #664, SV/I 473 Ho fls fl. Lvs 4-5-6 in whorl (Sv), the infraclis def broader than segments (4) and tips of branches now forming what may well be winter buds (SVK.) These items make ident. fairly plausible.
