ing (Bar) Sepals white or with outside tinged purple.
Rootstock thick & base g&at brown with unwrapping scale.
5-29-31 Linum Catharticum L. Cote I 230, Bar 54, BV#87, A 532. FL Sonleaux. Lower lv croft at base g&t oval 5mm long; others widely separated elongated to 9mm lower lvly scabious on edges & lower part g&t roughened. As far as visits in europe fr. false septa incomplete & ciliate "[H]"

5-28-3 Hieracium Auricula L. Cote II 459, Bar 192. FL Son-chaux-Caux. FL lemon yellow. Inv 7mm high & head 10-11mm overall. A few small macro bracts just under head. Top of scape "poilus cotonex" (Bar) the fine down being minutely starry.
