Pedicel pub, about 2 mm long is as long as the hairy scale (which is black except at very base) v at least 6 times as long as the sting gland. Ovary pub., 5mm long (a.t.S.) with long tapering beak; style not more than 1/2 mm. Stigma 1/2 mm. Ivs never widest above middle
